The Exercise Room

The following classes will be offered in a 45 minute classroom form:

Strength Training - Weight training classes using dumbbells, light bars, exercise tubing, Fitness balls and your own personal body weight - strengthen and tone your entire body. We go through a series of guided exercises that will get you the results you are looking for.

 

 

STRENGTH TRAINING

Zumba - We put together hypnotic music with fun moves to fuse together the ultimate cardio workout. Join us as we move through several dance routines - toning and sculpting our bodies, kicking our heart rates up - and re-energizing ourselves to the beat of Latin based music. You will forget you are exercising while you are here!  And don't worry - anyone and everybody can do this!

For ages 14 and up

Piyo - 60% of all adults have back injury and 80% of those people having recurring pain due to lack of strength in their mid-section - so that is where Pilates/Yoga Stretch can help. Going through a series of CORE strengthening moves, then offset with a yoga stretch, not only gets your midsection stronger, but helps the entire body get stronger and more flexible.

 

For ages 14 and up

PIYO

Interval Cardio: Series of 3 minutes increments that keep the heart rate up while working the entire body. This class builds stamina and improves your overall fitness health. We will change the workout every time, so your body never gets bored! We will be having fun while we are doing exercises like hitting the punching bag, jogging, push-ups, spider crawls across the floor, and my personal favorite - jumping jacks. If you are looking to get  results - this is the class for you!!!!

INTERVAL CARDIO / CIRCUIT TRAINING

Personal Training - For those of you who just need that extra push and don't have time for classes. You can schedule one-on-one appointments to get your personal workout that is best suited for your ultimate results.
